They hit deep.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The film is basicaly about a high school football team based in the middle of nowhere, Texas. There is like this IMMENSE pressure on them to win a "state championship". The whole town has the highest expectations of them. Literaly this is the whole world for the kids.&lt;br /&gt;They start their season off pretty well, winning a few games, but mainly against easy teams.&lt;br /&gt;And then they face their local rivals. Midland Lee.&lt;br /&gt;This is a crucial match as it gets them into the "play-off's". The loose and the above is an extract of a conversation between the quaterback of the team and the coach.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Later in the film, they find out that the way that the team that goes through is decided is through a coin toss.
